If you have cold or flu-like symptoms, please advise the reception team by phone, and we will inform you about available options. When you are visiting our clinic, do not come in. Please call us so we can assist you. Phone consultations are now available for non-emergency cases. Let’s keep our centre a safe and healthy environment for all.

  • HOW DOES BULK BILLING WORK?

    Primary Medical has moved to a ‘mixed billing practice’. We will continue to bulk bill everyone with concession cards, DVA cards and children under 16 – this means Medicare pays for your consultation. Patients who do not fall in these categories may be billed privately

  • DO YOU OFFER HOME VISITS?

    We offer home visits within and out of normal operating hours for regular patients and where it is reasonable. Home visits may incur out-of-pocket costs.

  • DO YOU OFFER ONLINE CONSULTATIONS?

  • WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

    Please visit Primary Care Medical Clinic during our opening hours:

    • Monday to Wednesday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
    • Thursday and Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
    • Saturdays 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
    • Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays
